Jigger machine is one of the dyeing machine used for cloth dyeing operations. Jigger machine is suitable for dyeing of woven fabrics, up to boiling temperature without any creasing . Jigs exert considerable lengthwise tension on the fabric and are more suitable for the dyeing of woven than knitted fabrics

The Different Bevel gears in the gear box are manufactured from special steel duly case hardned fitted with GM bush for long Life without any wear and fear.
The main rollers are made from M.S Seamless pipe coated with Ebonite & S..316 Quality.
Perfectly Balanced heavy duty floating device with 2 stainless steel guide rollers running on bush bearing are provided to prevent the cloth from any tension.
Specially Made rathet brakes with proper brakes liners control the entire tension of the fabric, Ball Bearing type Brake Drum can be provided on request.
Jiggers can be supplied in width of 60", 66", 72", 84", 96", 120", 130" and 150".
Stainless steel non magnetic of 304 or 316 quality 16 guage is utilised for the through with direct S.S coil and S.S guide rollers (Indirect coil on request.
The machine is provide with Electric Motor, Inverter, forward reverse plc control panel
