Mangle
Mangle is used to squeeze the wet fabric between the rubber rollers
There are two types we provide:
- 2 bowl mangle
- 3 bowl mangle
Fabric feeding device:
- Cloth guider
- Tie bars
- Fabric tensioning device with work & worm wheel
- guide roll provided for proper guidance of the fabric
Padding Mangle:
2Nos. Pneumatic cylinder & operated by pneumatic Control panel for each roller.
Sturdy main frames fabricated out of steel plates in box type
Constriction and duly reinforced.
Rubber roller and ebonite roller used in the mangles
SS Trough Fabricated out of stainless steel.
SS Trough has tray below roller nip to return squeezed liquor to
the troughs.
Special design troughs can be provided on request.
